    Description

    The Model 6180 is an automatic feed and cut tape dispenser designed for industrial use. It can dispense and cut various packaging tapes and materials with a maximum width of 3 1/8 inches. The dispenser features all-metal internal components and it is operated using a push-button interface with LED controls. The machine includes four programmable memory presets for commonly used tape lengths.

    This dispenser is capable of cutting tape lengths from 1 inch to 39.3 inches. It supports three distinct operating modes:

    • Manual Mode: The operator controls each function. Press the feed button to dispense the desired tape length, then press the cut button to cut it.

    • Semi-Automatic Mode: The dispenser feeds and cuts a pre-set length of tape. After the tape is removed, the next piece is prepared by pressing the cut button again.

    • Automatic Mode: The dispenser feeds the tape to the pre-set length. Once the tape is removed, the next piece is automatically fed.

    Designed for bench-top use, the Model 6180 accommodates large tape rolls with a maximum diameter of 12 inches. An optional stand is available for larger tape rolls. The dispenser also features adjustable tape pressure for material feeding.
