Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con L-80 is an automated L-Clip label applicator designed to apply a label or wafer seal from the top to the leading edge (front surface) of a package. As a larger version of the widely used Mini-Con L, the Mini-Con L-80 accommodates larger packages and labels with a greater diameter. Ideal for creating secure and visually appealing closures, the Mini-Con L-80 is suitable for various industries, including food service and retail. This machine can handle wafer seals or labels up to 3" in diameter and can function as a tabletop hand-fed unit or be integrated into a full packaging system. Featuring a touch screen control panel with 5 memory presets and a target counter, the Mini-Con L-80 includes two variable speed bottom conveyors and a variable speed side hugger belt conveyor. These features allow for efficient product movement and consistent label placement. The Mini-Con L-80 can also be mounted on the Tach-It MCS-L table for added portability.
