Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con TB is an automated labeling machine designed to feed products along a conveyor and apply top and bottom labels. The system is designed for straightforward operation, and label or product changeovers do not require specialized training or tools. It features a touch-sensitive control panel with five programmable memory presets for adjusting and monitoring settings.
The system uses non-contact sensors for detecting both labels and products. It applies labels to the top and bottom surfaces simultaneously. The machine includes a product counter, a target counter, an 11 1/2-inch wide high-friction conveyor, a large roll capacity, and stepper motor-driven label heads. To operate, an item is placed at the beginning of the conveyor, where it moves through the label heads for application before exiting at the opposite end. The Tach-It Mini-Con TB can be integrated into existing conveyor systems.
