Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con L-FB is an automated label applicator that applies a wafer seal or label from the side to the top of a box. This system can apply labels to both the leading edge (front) and trailing edge (rear) of a package simultaneously. It can be integrated into a production line or operated as a standalone unit.
The machine works with wafer seals and labels up to 1 1/2 inches in diameter for round labels or 1 1/2 inches x 1 1/2 inches for square or rectangular labels. Setup does not require specialized tools or extensive operator training. The system is designed for use in various applications that require the application of a side-to-top closure.
Additional features include a touch screen control panel, five memory presets, a dwell timer for placement, and dual variable speed conveyors for product movement. The unit can be mounted to a stand for mobility, and it uses the Tach-It MCU label application assembly.
