Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con-S is a tabletop machine that applies labels to the side of products as they are conveyed. The machine features a touch-sensitive control panel with five programmable memory settings for configuration and monitoring. It uses non-contact sensors for both product and label detection, and it includes a product and label counter.
The Mini-Con-S is equipped with a 10-inch wide high-friction conveyor and utilizes stepper motors to control label application. To operate, a product is placed at one end of the conveyor, where it moves through the labeling station for label application before exiting from the opposite side. The machine can also be used with an optional adjustable-height stand on casters for positioning next to existing conveyor systems.
