Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con T is a tabletop machine designed to apply labels to the top surface of boxes as they are conveyed. The machine features a control panel with five programmable memory presets for making and monitoring adjustments. It uses non-contact sensors for both label and product detection and is equipped with a product counter and a target counter.
The unit has a 10-inch-wide high-friction conveyor and utilizes stepper motors. To operate, a product is placed at one end of the conveyor, moves under the labeling head, and exits at the opposite side after the label is applied. The Mini-Con T is also available with an adjustable-height stand on casters, allowing it to be positioned over an existing conveyor system.
