Description
The Tach-It Model #6425 L-Clip Box Sealer is designed to apply a wide range of packaging tapes, including filament tapes, up to 2 inches in width, from the side to the bottom of a box, creating a tamper-evident seal. It is suitable for sealing corrugated, chipboard boxes, and cartons. The unit is user-friendly: the operator simply places the box onto the platform and pushes it forward against the upper pressure pad. This activates the machine, and the desired tape length is applied securely.
Powered by 110 volts AC, the machine works with most industry-standard tapes, including filament tapes, from 1/2 inch to 2 inches wide. It can accommodate rolls of tape with diameters up to 13 inches. The Model #6425 can seal up to 40 packages per minute, enhancing productivity compared to hand taping. The unit is easy to adjust for tape length and width, requires no special tools or training for tape changes, and features a compact tabletop design that allows for flexibility in placement.
