Description
Recognizing a demand for equipment positioned between automatic label dispensers and full inline labeling systems, Tach-It developed a range of automated labeling machines designed to feed products along a conveyor while applying top and bottom labels with wipe-on applicator heads. The Mini-Con TB label applicator is designed for straightforward operation without the need for specialized training or tools during label or product changeovers. It features a touch-sensitive control panel with five programmable memory presets where all settings can be adjusted and monitored. The system uses non-contact sensors for detecting both labels and products and applies labels to the top and bottom surfaces simultaneously. Additional features include a product counter, target counter, an 11 1/2-inch wide high-friction conveyor suitable for a variety of applications, a large roll capacity, and stepper motor-driven label heads for consistent label placement. To operate, an individual places items at the beginning of the conveyor, allowing them to move through the label heads for application before exiting at the opposite end. For facilities with an existing conveyor system, the Tach-It Mini-Con TB can be integrated accordingly.
