The Tach-It Mini-Con BL automated labeling system is designed for labeling heavyweight bags, pouches, and flat boxes. This efficient machine features a dual-motor feed system that ensures consistent product feeding and labeling for high-productivity environments. It includes a large-capacity product hopper, making it suitable for a variety of industries such as food service, retail, and more.
The Mini-Con BL is capable of handling challenging items like zip-lock bags and pouches, and can accommodate products up to 13.5 inches in length, depending on the specific item. Its compact size allows it to be used as a benchtop unit or mounted onto a table such as the Tach-It MCS-L.
To operate, the user loads a stack of products into the hopper. The machine will then automatically feed them through and under the label head, where the label is applied uniformly each time. The Mini-Con BL is equipped with a touch-screen controller that includes five memory presets for precise label placement, a target counter, and a sturdy design for durability. Like all Tach-It automated labeling machines, the Mini-Con BL is designed to be simple to operate, load, and set up.
