Description
The model 6500-TL is designed for applying an L-Clip seal to small boxes or cartons using pressure-sensitive labels or transparent wafer seals. Once the machine is set up and ready, the operator places the box onto the top plate. A simple push of the box over the roller will apply the label and position the next one for the following cycle. The adjustable product fixture helps maintain accurate and consistent label placement each time. This model is ideal for creating tamper-evident seals for small boxes and cartons, making it suitable for use in medical packaging, food products, and other small-item packaging. It is compatible with various die-cut labels and wafer seals. The machine features a non-contact optical sensor for detecting the label gap, is user-friendly, and does not require special training or tools for label changeovers.
