Description
This automatic stretch wrapper includes a control panel for managing the wrapping process. The digital system allows for the configuration of pallet rotation counts and selection from four pre-set film wrap modes. To begin, the operator attaches the film to the turntable and activates the machine with the start button. Upon completion of the cycle, the film can be cut manually or held in place with the automatic brake function, allowing the pallet to be removed. The turntable has an adjustable speed and features gradual acceleration and deceleration. Built-in photocell sensors detect pallet height to adjust the wrap height automatically.
