Description
Recognizing a demand for equipment positioned between semi-automatic label dispensers and full inline labeling systems, Tach-It developed a tabletop machine designed to move products along a conveyor and apply labels directly to the side of each item at a specified location. The Mini-Con-S does not require specialized operator training or tools for label or product adjustments. It features a touch-sensitive control panel with five programmable memory settings where all parameters can be configured and monitored. The machine uses non-contact sensors for both product and label detection, includes a product and label counter, and is equipped with a 10-inch wide high-friction conveyor suitable for a variety of applications. It also accommodates large roll sizes and utilizes stepper motors to maintain consistent label application. To operate, an item is placed at one end of the conveyor, travels through the labeling station where the label is applied, and exits from the opposite side. For operations with an existing conveyor system, the Mini-Con-S can be paired with an adjustable-height stand on casters, allowing it to be easily positioned and integrated into existing setups.
