Description
The Model 6180 is a heavy-duty automatic feed and cut tape dispenser capable of dispensing and cutting various commonly used packaging tapes and materials up to 3 1/8 inches wide. Built with durable all-metal internal components, the 6180 offers reliable performance and is user-friendly, featuring push-button and LED controls along with four programmable memory presets. This dispenser can cut tape lengths ranging from 1/2 inch to 39.3 inches.
The 6180 offers three operating modes:

Random Mode: The operator presses the feed button to feed the desired length of tape, then presses the cut button to cut it.

Semi-Automatic Mode: A pre-set length of tape is dispensed and cut. After removing the tape, the operator presses the cut button again to feed the next piece.

Automatic Mode: The dispenser feeds the tape to the preset length, and once the tape is removed, the next piece is automatically fed.
Designed for bench-top use, the Model 6180 features a unique cradle that accommodates large tape rolls, regardless of core size, and offers adjustable tape pressure to ensure smooth feeding.
