Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con/Stand is a label application system that is mounted on a movable stand. This system is designed to be positioned next to an existing conveyor. It features touch screen controls, 5 memory presets, a dwell timer, and a target counter. The label head uses a non-contact sensor to detect the label and can accommodate labels up to 5 inches wide and 11 inches long. The control system is driven by stepper motors and offers adjustable motor speed to synchronize with the conveyor speed.
The MCU wipe-on label application system is available with a movable, adjustable stand.
