Description
Recognizing a gap in the market between automatic label dispensers and complete inline labeling systems, Tach-It developed the Mini-Con/Stand wipe-on label application assembly and control system. This system is mounted on a movable stand, making it easy to position next to existing conveyor systems. The Mini-Con/Stand system features touch screen controls, including 5 memory presets, a dwell timer for accurate label placement, and a target counter. It provides a cost-effective solution to automate labeling operations where a conveyor is already in place. The label head, which uses a non-contact sensor to detect the label, can accommodate labels up to 5 inches wide and 11 inches long. The control system, driven by stepper motors, offers adjustable motor speed to synchronize with the conveyor speed, ensuring precise label placement. For added flexibility, the MCU wipe-on label application system is available with a movable, adjustable stand.
