Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con R with Feed Table is an automated labeling system for bottles and cylindrical containers. It is built on the Tach-It Mini-Con R platform and includes a 39-inch (1000 mm) stainless steel feed table, a dedicated stand, and a spacer motor.
The feed table allows products to be placed onto its rotating surface, which feeds items onto the Mini-Con R conveyor for labeling. Both the feed table and the labeler have adjustable speeds, reaching up to 59 feet per minute. The system includes height-adjustable legs and casters for mobility. The overall dimensions allow for integration with existing conveyor systems.
The Tach-It Mini-Con R can label containers with diameters up to 4 1/4 inches. It is equipped with a touch screen control panel featuring five programmable memory settings and laser-etched rails to guide physical adjustments.
