The Tach-It Mini-Con R with Feed Table provides an automated option for applying labels to bottles and cylindrical containers. Built around the proven Tach-It Mini-Con R platform, this system incorporates a 39-inch (1000 mm) stainless steel feed table, a dedicated stand for the labeler, and a spacer motor to create an efficient and cost-effective labeling solution. It is suited for industries such as food, beverages, and other related fields.
The feed table, compatible with both new and existing machinery, allows operators to place products onto the rotating surface, which moves at a user-controlled variable speed and feeds items directly onto the Mini-Con R conveyor for labeling. The overall production output depends on operator settings, as both the feed table and Mini-Con R feature adjustable speeds, reaching up to 600 inches per minute.
Designed for integration with packaging and filling lines, the Mini-Con R with Feed Table system includes height-adjustable legs and casters for mobility. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for operations where space efficiency is important.
The Tach-It Mini-Con R is capable of labeling containers with diameters up to 4 1/4 inches and can operate at speeds up to 59 feet per minute. Like other Mini-Con models, it is equipped with a touch screen control panel featuring five programmable memory settings, as well as laser-etched rails to simplify physical adjustments when needed.
