Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con ALR Capture and Spin is an automated labeling system designed for applying a single front label, or both front and back labels, to bottles and cylindrical containers. This function is accomplished by alternating the labels on the provided label roll. The system can be used as a standalone unit with included feed and output tables, or it can be integrated with automated packaging and filling lines. The ALR accommodates products with diameters ranging from 3/4 inch to 4 1/4 inches.
The system supports the application of variable data, such as expiration dates, sell-by dates, batch codes, and barcodes, by using compatible TIJ inkjet printing systems from third-party suppliers.
The Mini-Con ALR is designed for mobility and operates on 110-volt electricity with a continuous compressed air requirement of 60–80 PSI. It features a touch screen control panel with five programmable memory settings for label application configurations, digital readouts, and laser-etched guide rails for physical alignment.
The machine handles labels up to 9 3/4 inches in length and 5 inches in width, with a maximum labeling speed of up to 65 feet per minute.
