Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con ALR Capture and Spin automated labeling system is designed for high-speed application of either a single front label or both front and back labels (provided they are alternated on the label roll). It can operate as a standalone unit with included feed and output tables or be integrated into automated packaging and filling systems. The ALR accommodates products with diameters ranging from 3/4 inch to 4 1/4 inches. It is suitable for various industries, including pet food, beverages, and other high-speed labeling needs.
The system can also be configured to print on labels before application using TIJ inkjet technology available through third-party suppliers. This option allows for printing variable data such as expiration dates, sell-by dates, batch codes, lot numbers, barcodes, logos, and other specific information.
The Tach-It ALR is compact, mobile, and operates on 110-volt electricity with a requirement of 60-80 PSI continuous compressed air. Consistent with other models in the Tach-It Mini-Con series, the ALR features simple adjustment mechanisms, digital readouts, laser-etched guide rails for physical alignment, and a touch screen control panel with five programmable memory settings for label application configurations.
The machine supports labels up to 9 3/4 inches in length and 5 inches in width, with a maximum labeling speed of 65 feet per minute.
