Description
This semi-automatic pallet probe strapping machine is a tool designed to apply and seal polypropylene strapping around pallets. It automatically feeds a strap through the pallet, tensions it, and seals it. The basic steps include unfolding the pallet probe, inserting it into the pallet, feeding the polypropylene strap, placing the strap tip into the designated strap path, and allowing the machine to tension, heat seal, cut, and feed the strap, all within a single cycle. Once the cycle is complete, the unit can be repositioned for the next pallet.
