Description
The semi-automatic pallet probe strapping machine is designed to reduce the need for manual strapping and streamline the pallet strapping process. This equipment is simple to operate and automatically feeds a polypropylene strap through the pallet, applies tension, and seals the strap securely. The basic steps include unfolding the pallet probe, inserting it into the pallet, feeding the polypropylene strap, placing the strap tip into the designated strap path, and allowing the machine to tension, heat seal, cut, and feed the strap — all within a single cycle. Once complete, the unit can be removed and repositioned for the next pallet.
