Description
The truck scissor dock lift provides a functional solution for loading and unloading operations in locations without a permanent freight dock.
Constructed with a heavy-gauge steel diamond plate deck for traction, the unit utilizes hydraulic cylinders equipped with a safety velocity fuse to prevent platform descent in the event of a line failure.
Operational control is managed via a push-button interface on a coil cord, supported by a pre-wired control box that includes a magnetic starter and an overload fuse.
To regulate performance, the system is equipped with an upper travel limit switch and an overload relief valve.
Standard safety features include removable high-visibility yellow handrails with fixed toe boards, as well as beveled and electric toe-guards installed around the platform perimeter.
For installation flexibility, the external motor assembly is designed to be located at a distance of up to eight feet from the lift unit.
