    Description

    The Handle-It Model 850PSXHT is a stretch wrap machine that includes a 250% powered film pre-stretch system, an electronic control panel, and electronically controlled film tension. The machine is built to support packaging processes.

    Features

    • An electronic circuit board manages the wrapping cycle.

    • A variable frequency drive adjusts turntable speed between 3 and 13 RPM.

    • Separate frequency controls allow independent adjustment of carriage ascent and descent speeds.

    • A powered pre-stretch film carriage with electronic load sensing helps maintain film tension during application.

    • A photocell sensor automatically detects pallet height.

    • The carriage includes a safety stop at the base.

    • The turntable stops in the home position after each cycle.

    • The power board is rated IP54 for dust and water resistance.

    • Includes two access keys, one of which enables a lock mode.

    • The control panel allows adjustment of cycle type, number of bottom and top wrap turns, turntable rotation speed, carriage speed (up and down), and film tension.
