    Description

    The Handle-It Model 600 is a semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine designed for use in facilities. This model includes a photo eye sensor that automatically detects pallet height, along with several adjustable cycle settings and quick-select options.

    Features

    • An electronic circuit board manages the wrap cycle.

    • A variable frequency drive adjusts turntable speed between 3 and 12 RPM.

    • Separate frequency controls allow independent setting of carriage ascent and descent speeds.

    • A mechanical brake system with adjustable tension is used for film stretching.

    • A photocell sensor automatically identifies pallet height.

    • The carriage includes a safety stop at the lower end of its travel.

    • The turntable automatically returns to its home position after each cycle.

    • The power board is rated IP54 for resistance to dust and moisture.

    • Two access keys are included; one enables a lock mode.

    • Control panel settings include: cycle type, number of bottom and top wraps, turntable speed, carriage up and down speeds, and photocell delay.
