Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con-R is a tabletop system designed to apply labels to bottles and other round items. Products are moved along a conveyor and labels are applied using a wipe-on applicator. The system can be adjusted without specialized tools for label or product changes. It features a touch screen control panel with five programmable memory presets for adjustments and monitoring.
The machine uses non-contact sensors for detecting both products and labels. It includes a product and target counter. The system is equipped with a 4 1/4-inch wide high-friction conveyor (with wider options available) and supports large label roll capacities. Stepper motors are utilized to maintain label placement. The operation involves placing a product on the conveyor, which moves it through the label applicator. A vertical conveyor then rotates the bottle against a platen to help secure the label before the product exits the system.
