Description
The Tach-It CTL Label Applicator is designed for labeling flat boxes, heavy bags, and pouches using wipe-on label technology. This tabletop unit automatically feeds and applies labels to these products quickly and consistently. Equipped with a digital touch screen, the machine offers five memory presets, a dwell timer for precise label placement, and a durable build for extended use.
To operate, the user loads a stack of products into the hopper. The center conveyor then efficiently feeds the items through the machine for labeling. The CTL is suitable for various industries, including food service, retail, and for packagers working with barrier bags, vacuum bags, and heavy-duty bags and pouches. It can accommodate products with a width up to 8 inches and a length up to 13.5 inches, and it supports labels up to 5 inches wide and 9.75 inches long.
