Description
The Tach-It Mini-Con BLP automated print-and-apply labeling system is designed for heavy bags, pouches, and flat boxes. This machine features a dual-motor feed system that ensures reliable product feeding and labeling, making it ideal for high-productivity tasks. It works with standard desktop printers from brands like Zebra, TSC, Godex, and Astronova. Please note, the printer is not included, but is available through various suppliers. The Mini-Con BLP comes with a large-capacity product hopper, making it suitable for applications in industries such as food service, retail, and more.
This system is capable of labeling challenging products, such as zip-lock bags and pouches, and can handle items up to 13.5 inches in length, depending on the product. With a compact design, the Mini-Con BLP can function as a benchtop machine or be mounted on a table like the Tach-It MCS-L. To operate, the user places a stack of products into the hopper, and the automated system feeds them through the machine and under the label head for consistent label application.
For convenience, the Mini-Con BLP features a touch-screen controller with five memory presets for precise label placement, a target counter, and durable construction. As with all Tach-It automated labeling systems, the Mini-Con BLP is straightforward to operate, load, and set up.
