The Tach-It Mini-Con TB-FB label applicator is designed for applications where labels need to be applied to both the top and bottom of a product simultaneously. It is well-suited for industries such as food service and packaging in vacuum or barrier bags. The Mini-Con TB-FB can efficiently apply labels to a variety of materials, including heavyweight bags, Ziplock bags, pouches, and chipboard boxes.
To operate, simply place a stack of products into the automatic feeder. The products are then fed through the machine, and each one is labeled consistently. Featuring the reliable Tach-It MCU label application heads, the Mini-Con TB-FB is built for long-lasting performance. The system is controlled via a touch screen with 5 memory presets to store labeling settings.
This label applicator is designed for ease of use, requiring no specialized tools or training. All adjustments are marked with numeric or laser-etched indicators. With a compact design and a power requirement of only 110 volts and a 500-watt draw, the Mini-Con TB-FB is a practical and efficient labeling solution.
