Description
The truck scissor dock lift is designed to facilitate loading and unloading operations in environments where a permanent freight dock is unavailable.
The platform is constructed with a heavy-gauge steel diamond plate surface for traction. For safety, the hydraulic cylinders include an integrated velocity fuse to prevent platform descent in the event of a hydraulic line failure.
Operational oversight is maintained through an upper travel limit switch and an overload relief valve. The unit is controlled via a push-button interface on a coil cord and a pre-wired control box that contains a magnetic starter and an overload fuse.
Standard safety equipment consists of removable high-visibility yellow handrails with fixed toe boards, as well as beveled and electric perimeter toe-guards. Additionally, the external motor assembly is configured for installation at a distance of up to eight feet from the lift.
